What These Terms Cover

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ae44 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the ae44 website and related services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all users from Bangladesh and any other jurisdiction where access to ae44 is permitted. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where such services are restricted or illegal, you do so at your own risk and ae44 accepts no liability in this regard.

2. Eligibility Requirements

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of an ae44 employee. Such individuals are prohibited from participating in real-money gaming or betting on the platform.
• You must not have previously been self-excluded from ae44 or had an account terminated for violations. Attempting to re-register under a different identity following a ban is considered fraud and will be reported accordingly.

ae44 reserves the right to request identity documentation (national ID, passport, or utility bill) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ae44 may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on ae44. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be identified through our verification systems. All bonuses and winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes but is not limited to:

Account Security Responsibilities

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance only after the minimum qualifying deposit has been made and the promo code (where applicable) has been entered correctly.

• Using the platform for money laundering or any activity that could be construed as financing of unlawful activities. ae44 cooperates fully with relevant authorities and may freeze accounts pending investigation.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform's software or games to gain a financial advantage. Any such winnings are considered void and will be reversed.
